We have exciting opportunities for Rotational Band 6 Physiotherapists at our Wythenshawe site. We are seeking enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and dynamic physiotherapists to join our Band 6 rotations, with the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
You will be able to undertake advanced physiotherapeutic assessments of patients with diverse and often complex presentations. You should have excellent clinical reasoning skills to develop and deliver individual treatment programs and plan safe and timely discharges. You will manage your own caseload while supporting junior staff, assistants, students, and team leaders.

Your role includes delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services in your area of specialty, performing advanced assessments, developing treatment plans, prioritizing clinical needs, and supporting team development. You will also support, appraise, and educate junior staff, rehabilitation assistants, and students, and deputize for team leaders as required.
Excellent communication skills are essential for working effectively with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times. Participation in weekend and on-call rotas is required, in accordance with departmental policy.
Maintaining professional standards and codes of conduct, ensuring confidentiality, dignity, and professionalism, are integral to your responsibilities.
