Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rotational Occupational Therapist to join our integrated OT and Physiotherapy teams in Oxford. The post offers six-month rotations across Older Adults and Frailty, Neuroscience, Surgery and specialty rotations including Oncology, Social Services, and the Oxfordshire Wheelchair Service.

Each rotation is six months long and may be based across hospital and community settings.

• Caseload management and OT assessments with supervision.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and ward-based settings.
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.

Mansioni

• Manage a caseload and provide timely occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
• Plan and implement goals with patients, carers and other health professionals; continually reassess progress.
• Utilise standardized assessments and outcome measures relevant to the OT patient population.
• Collaborate with the OT and Physiotherapy teams to ensure integrated care.
• Be willing to work across a 7-day service and flexible in approach to cover weekend work.
• Contribute to service development projects and maintain accurate records per Trust policy.
• Undertake supervision and CPD activities to support professional growth.
