Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a rotation across acute sites in Eastbourne and Hastings, intermediate care units and community rotations. You will develop clinical and leadership skills, supporting OT students and apprentices while promoting the role of occupational therapy within the Trust and beyond.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Band 6 level requires clinical leadership and ability to work across multiple settings.
• Experience in occupational therapy across acute, community and intermediate care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise OT students and apprentices on placement.
• Contribute to leadership development within the OT team.
• Provide high-quality OT assessments and interventions across acute, intermediate care, and community rotations.
