The unit has been awarded BFI Level 3 (GOLD). We have exciting opportunities for new and experienced midwives to join our established team of midwives at NLAG.
The position is a rotational post which includes working in all areas listed below. For band 5 midwives, this rotation will continue after completion of preceptorship.
Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care in a range of environments, without supervision.
Support, supervise, and teach less experienced staff on the ward/team relevant clinical and non-clinical procedures and practices.
Work autonomously within the department/team within Trust guidelines and sphere of professional practice.
