37.5 hours per week (Part time available)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Registered Midwives who have completed their Preceptorship Programme to join the Maternity Services at Hillingdon Hospital.
We are seeking dedicated and motivated midwives with high standards of clinical and communication skills. The successful candidate must have experience working in a busy, high-pressure Maternity Unit and be knowledgeable in all aspects of midwifery practice. The role involves providing supportive care to women throughout all stages of pregnancy.
This is a rotational midwifery post, with the first rotation in Triage/DAU. Rotation will include community settings, requiring you to be a car owner/driver. You will participate in the continuity of carer model as part of the Maternity Transformation project, involving different team working models to ensure continuity of care.
We are committed to professional development through appraisal, personal development plans, and postgraduate study. Our Practice Development Team provides comprehensive training and clinical support, with dedicated time for mandatory training annually.
