Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited invites graduates to join the AGGP2027 - Systems Test Graduate programme. This two-year experience accelerates growth through personalized development, with a strong emphasis on leadership potential, exposure to real tests, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams.

You will rotate through placements to build hands-on experience with system certification, lab test activities, and in-service issue resolution while gaining deep insight into Airbus'

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering or Science with a problem solving mindset.
• Recent graduates or first professional experience in aerospace engineering, testing, rig design/build or experimentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team focused on innovation.
• Willingness to drive your development and take on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support system certification through integrated rig testing and analysis.
• Advance maturity of AC systems through collaboration with engineering teams.
• React to and help resolve in-service system issues.
• Aim for product safety beyond certification requirements.
• Align lab test and flight test activities for synergy.
• Define and validate Lab Test Requirements and test benches.
• Perform system level testing of new fuel hardware and software functionality.
• Use big data techniques to correlate design, test rigs and flight behavior.
• Role is predominantly on-site to gain hands-on product exposure.
