Job summary

Airbus is launching AGGP2027, a two-year Graduate Structures Test Engineer programme in the UK, designed to grow leadership and technical skills. You will rotate through centers focused on structural testing, data acquisition, AI-driven analytics, and cryogenic test facilities for hydrogen-powered flight.

You will contribute to test leading, metrology, and advanced measurement techniques while developing into a capable engineer capable of supporting aircraft certification and flight safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Materials Science, Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, etc.).
• Strong communication in English (written & spoken).
• Desire to work in a collaborative, innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Test Leading: oversee the overall testing process.
• Test Means Engineering: mechanical design and stress analysis.
• Advanced Test Technologies: manage data acquisition, hydraulics, control systems, instrumentation, metrology.
• Test Operations: calibration, test preparation, execution.
