Job summary

STATS Group is seeking a Graduate Engineer for its Engineering Development Programme in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. The role provides structured rotations across departments, giving hands-on experience and formal training to build core engineering competencies.

You will support bid preparation, document control, field surveys and project reviews while learning to coordinate schedules and budgets within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Engineering academic background suitable for graduate development
• Strong technical writing ability and attention to detail
• Full driving license required
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project tools
• Experience with document control and bid support is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of detailed quotations including engineering, manufacturing and assembly/testing costs
• Coordinate technical documentation for bids and project deliverables
• Arrange project kick-off meetings and manage project plans and budgets
• Assist with field surveys and offshore/onsite deployment planning
• Prepare and issue manufacturing, testing and documentation procedures
• Attend client meetings and participate in design/operational reviews
