Job summary

• MPharm degree with pre-registration training completed.
• Desirable to be working towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and IT skills demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred pharmaceutical care within NHS hospital settings.
• Participate in weekend duty and on-call rotas after induction.
• Rotate between Harrow and Brent sites, covering inpatient and community mental health services.
