A leading cancer care provider in Greater London seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join their dedicated team. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care within a multidisciplinary team, promoting optimal drug use, and contributing to continuous improvements in cancer treatment. Ideal candidates will possess a Pharmacy Degree, relevant clinical experience, and the ability to engage in research and audits. Our hospitals in Chelsea and Sutton offer both NHS and private patients, inpatient and outpatient care for solid tumours and Haemato-Oncology cancers, including transplants, chemotherapy and clinical trials.
We have optimised our Band 6 clinical pharmacist programme to focus on patient facing clinical aspects of pharmacy care. This exciting opportunity is to join a team of specialist pharmacists concentrating on providing the best possible ward based pharmaceutical care.
Our department strategy is focussed on providing a pioneering and compassionate service while embedding enhanced roles for pharmacy technicians and a maximised non‑medical prescribing workforce.
