Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a Pharmacist to join the busy Withybush General Hospital pharmacy team. You will provide pharmaceutical care across multiple specialties on rotation, working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment that encourages training and development.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in pharmacy (4 years) or equivalent experience or qualifications.
• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Professional knowledge of medicines management systems and processes in an integrated NHS.
• Experience of teaching & supervision of pharmacists, technicians, assistants and students.
• Knowledge of the specialist area as described in the job advert.
• Flexible to undertake emergency duty including weekends, bank holidays and evening opening.
• Travel between sites and outside the organization; commitment to continuing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a patient-focused clinical pharmacy service as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical services to a number of areas on rotation as an integral MDT member.
• Develop practice in a wide range of clinical areas within a general hospital setting.
• Support Welsh language learning options and Welsh-speaking applicants where appropriate.
