Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters is offering a one-year Business Administrator Apprenticeship (Level 2) in Yeovil. You will rotate through QA, Procurement, Programmes, HR and Operations to gain hands-on experience of how different functions interact and contribute to the business.

The programme includes induction at Leonardo and Yeovil College, with an End Point Assessment at the end of the year. GCSEs in Maths and English are required; security vetting is part of the process, including BPSS/NSV

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at minimum; grades non-negotiable.
• Interest or aptitude in IT and business administration.
• Willingness to rotate across different business areas and learn processes.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Quality Assurance, Procurement, Programmes, HR and Operations.
• Shadowing buyers, scanning documents and loading into SharePoint; KPI reviews.
• Support with diary management, issue amendments and department brochures.
• Assist with travel arrangements, reception duties and work experience processes.
