You will start with inductions at Leonardo and Yeovil College, then undertake three-month placements onsite, culminating in an End Point Assessment after about a year. Applicants should have 3 GCSEs including Maths and English.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (Grade 3-9 / A*-C) in Maths and English – these grades are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Placements rotate around different business areas (Quality Assurance, Procurement and Supply Chain, Programmes, Transmissions, UK Government Sales and Exports, HR and Operations).
• Support day-to-day admin tasks, diary management, document handling and reporting.
