Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Occupational Therapist on a fixed-term 12‑month contract. You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate OT interventions to support individuals in achieving goals and independence in daily activities, working with service users, carers and multidisciplinary teams.

You will maintain accurate clinical records, participate in supervision and CPD, and contribute to treatment planning.

Qualifikationen

• Use appropriate assessment techniques to assess individuals' abilities and difficulties in daily activities.
• Apply bio-psychosocial knowledge to guide intervention decisions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with clear outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports in line with standards.
