Job summary

Jarvie Plant Ltd is seeking an experienced Rotating Telehandler Operator to join our team across Central Belt sites. You will be responsible for safe operation, lift planning understanding, and coordinating with site management to move materials efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CPCS Blue Card (A77) or NPORS, with experience on rotating telehandlers in construction or industrial environments. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and the role requires strong safety awareness and

Qualifications

• Must hold CPCS Blue Card A77 or NPORS.
• Experience operating rotating telehandlers on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Flexible to work across sites in the Central Belt.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a rotating telehandler in accordance with site requirements and manufacturer's guidelines.
• Carry out lifting operations, material handling and positioning of loads using forks and attachments.
• Conduct daily pre-use inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Interpret lift plans, site layouts and supervisor instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with site logistics and movement of materials around construction sites.
• Ensure all loads are secured and transported safely per lifting regulations and site procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping around work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel, customers and Jarvie Plant team to deliver excellent service.
