Job summary

Proman are currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators/Minders for our client, a leading manufacturer of hygiene, baby and beauty products. Join a well established, growing business offering long term work and competitive pay.

This role operates on a 3 week rotating shift pattern with days and nights. Pay rates are £13.45 per hour for days and £16.45 per hour for nights, with overtime paid after 36.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or production experience (preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliability, good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and mind production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Carry out hourly quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Restart production lines following faults or stoppages.
• Support the Line Leader with product changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times.
