The Best Connection Group Limited in Malvern is seeking Production/Machine Operatives for a 3-week rotational shift pattern on-site. Base pay is £13.98 per hour with overtime £20.97 per hour after 40 hours.

This temp-to-perm opportunity includes weekly pay, 28 days paid annual leave pro rata, pension contributions, online payslips and ongoing assignments. You will load materials, monitor processes, record data and maintain a clean, safe working environment while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials onto production machinery
• Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Accurately recording production data and information
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
