Job summary

The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking FLT/Warehouse Operatives in Halstead to support full warehouse operations on rotating morning and afternoon shifts. A non-inhouse FLT licence is required, with SAP experience beneficial for inventory and dispatch tasks.

Qualifications

FLT licence required (not an inhouse licence).
Experience with warehouse operations and safety practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the full flow of warehouse operations to ensure goods are received, stored, moved and dispatched to meet production and customer requirements.
Manage inventory and documentation using warehouse management systems such as SAP, ensuring health, safety, quality and data accuracy.
Operate forklift and reach truck safely in line with GMP and training requirements.
Oversee goods-in and goods-out activities, including receiving/checking deliveries and preparing shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation; report hazards or issues per site procedures.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, production teams, transport providers and suppliers to support daily operations.
