Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Warrington is seeking FLT/Warehouse Operatives to support a busy manufacturing site. This role involves loading/unloading, stock movement, high-bay storage, supplying production lines and SAP transactions.

The position offers 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am rotating shifts with pay £15.06 per hour days and £18.36 per hour for shifts, with increases after 12 weeks. Immediate starts for experienced FLT drivers seeking long-term work.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Counterbalance & Reach FLT licence (recently expired or in-house would be considered).
• Recent, hands-on Warehouse and FLT operating experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• (80% FLT work and 20% Warehouse) involvement in duties.
• Reliable, positive and flexible approach to work.
• Good IT and numeracy skills.
• Strong awareness of Health and Safety.
• Must be able to work a 3-shift rotation pattern.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Moving stock and materials throughout the site
• High-bay storage and stock put-away
• Supplying production lines with materials
• Completing warehouse transactions using SAP and handheld systems
• Working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
