United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust in Lincolnshire is seeking a Rostering and Resourcing Co-Ordinator (Band 4) to join the team. Hybrid working is available with a weekly office base requirement, supporting rostering, training and the deployment of temporary staffing across services.
You will manage system setup for new starters and leavers, ensure training dates and skill mix elements are recorded, and help drive adherence to rostering policies while contributing to ongoing centralisation
The Rostering and Resourcing team continues it's journey to support temporary staffing needs or managing the system for health roster, training or supporting our clinical colleagues, this role is varied and interesting.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
