Job summary

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust in Lincolnshire is seeking a Rostering and Resourcing Co-Ordinator (Band 4) to join the team. Hybrid working is available with a weekly office base requirement, supporting rostering, training and the deployment of temporary staffing across services.

You will manage system setup for new starters and leavers, ensure training dates and skill mix elements are recorded, and help drive adherence to rostering policies while contributing to ongoing centralisation

Qualifications

• Vocational Level 3 within a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• CPD ongoing professional development.
• European Computer Driving Licence.
• Rostering/RLDATIX Accreditation.

Rostering and Resourcing Co-Ordinator - Band 4

The Rostering and Resourcing team continues it's journey to support temporary staffing needs or managing the system for health roster, training or supporting our clinical colleagues, this role is varied and interesting.

Hybrid working available with weekly office base requirement.

Main duties of the job

To Support the team to deliver and take responsibility for:

• working with service lines to ensure that all new starters and leavers are correctly set up on the system
• responsible for ensuring that all relevant elements of training and development are correctly set up on the system and the correct dates are recorded
• working with service lines to ensure that all the relevant elements of roles skill mix are correctly recorded on the system
• working with Service lines to encourage adherence to the Rostering Policy
• To support in ongoing projects such as centralisation of rostering

This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Person Specification

Qualifications

• Vocational Level 3 within a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Recent and continued professional development (CPD)
• European Computer Driving Licence
• Rostering/RLDATIX Accreditation

Previous Experience

• Experience of working in a busy administrative environment, delivering a full range of secretarial and administrative procedures
• Previous experience of working with a range of clinical and/or corporate systems such as e-rostering
• Previous experience in organising and planning activities and being able to react to changes as required
• Previous experience of establishing and maintaining new systems of working
• Previous experience of ESR
• Previous experience of Health Roster systems
• Previous experience of working in the NHS
• Previous experience of Bank Staff Systems

Evidence of particular knowledge, skills and Aptitudes

• Good IT skills and experience in use of relevant software packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, ESR, PowerPoint
• Good organisational skills - able to manage busy workload, prioritise work and have a good attention to detail
