We're looking for a warm, energetic and guest-focused In Room Dining Server to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests' rooms.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally
• Providing friendly, attentive and personalised service throughout each guest interaction
• Taking and processing in-room dining orders accurately
• Ensuring trays and trolleys are beautifully presented and meet our service standards
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure smooth and timely service
• Anticipating guest needs and responding confidently to special requests
• Clearing trays and trolleys efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Following food safety, hygiene and hotel procedures at all times
• Helping to create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service
• Friendly, confident and naturally personable
• Highly attentive to detail and organised
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator and supportive team player
• Flexible and reliable, with a positive approach to every shift
• Previous hotel, restaurant or in-room dining experience is desirable.

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge + benefits
