N Family Club Wimbledon is seeking an experienced Room Manager to lead a team of Educators in a vibrant, 148-place nursery in Wimbledon, South London. You will drive the learning-through-play ethos, oversee daily routines, and model outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a team of nursery staff.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
• Embed and role‑model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.
