OurCoop Little Pioneers in Wantage is seeking a Room Manager to lead a dedicated early years team. You will work with the Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, drive engagement and deliver outstanding care and education for children.

You will be open, compassionate and inspiring, holding a full and relevant early years qualification and an Enhanced DBS, which we’ll cover. The role offers generous employee discounts, extended annual leave and flexible 4-day working week options.

• Provide leadership, direction and guidance within your team.
• Support colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education and ensure performance standards.
• Work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance and engagement.
