Job summary

N Family Club is opening a room manager position in St Albans. You will lead a team of Educators, champion a play-based learning approach, and ensure exceptional care and safety across the room. You will shape daily routines, mentor staff, and maintain strong parent relationships within a dynamic nursery setting.

The role requires previous experience in early years, a Level 3 EY qualification, and Paediatric First Aid. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding training.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
