Salary – Starting from £31,512 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for a Room Leader to join our Chantry Hall Day Nursery and Preschool, situated in Muswell Hill. The nursery has great transport links,being a 15-minute walk from Alexandra Palace and Bowes Park Stations as well as Bounds Green Underground, as well as parking outside of the nursery.
The fantastic 82-place setting, proudly rated 'Good' by ofsted, features spacious and well-resourced rooms, and large windows which let in lots of natural light. it also benefits from a fantastic garden area with bikes, climbing frames and a mud kitchen, perfect for outdoor teaching and learning!

The Role
As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education, to help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
