Job summary

Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery seeks a full-time Room Leader with Level 3 Early Years qualification to lead a dedicated team at our 92-place setting near Farnham town centre. The nursery holds Ofsted’s Double Outstanding rating and offers supportive, family-friendly working hours.

You will deliver high-quality care and education, ensure welfare and safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting as Room Leader, Nursery Nurse or similar.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety and safeguarding.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and professionals.
