Job summary

Busy Bees Thames Ditton is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, driving educational strategies across the centre and inspiring the team to achieve high standards of care and learning.

As a Room Leader you will lead planning, monitor child development and maintain strong relationships with families, while ensuring safe, stimulating environments and excellent health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and positive family relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee child development and wellbeing, with progress communicated to parents.
• Take on the Key Person role for a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and environment is secure.
