Kids Planet Butterfly Lodge in Lancashire is seeking a Room Leader to join our team and help children thrive. You will lead a room, support staff development, and ensure high-quality education aligned with the EYFS.

We offer accredited training through KP Academy, enhanced leave for family needs, wellbeing perks, and a pension plan. Excellent benefits also include long service awards and regular staff events throughout the year.

Competenze

• Must hold Level 3 UK early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Leadership experience is desirable.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:

• By leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Through supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Through building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.

What a Room Leader needs:

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.
