Job summary

Kids Planet Neston Farm is seeking a Room Leader to join our caring nursery team. You will lead a room, provide high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS, and support children's development.

We value heart-led practice, offer accredited training through KP Academy, flexible benefits, and a supportive central team. This full‑time role is ideal for an experienced leader who wants to shape futures every day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:
