Busy Bees Nurseries in Cambridge Westwick is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, lead the team, and ensure the Bee Curious curriculum is delivered across the centre. You will inspire your team to achieve high standards of care and learning, act as Key Person, and monitor progress with families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
