Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Room Leader for a well-equipped nursery in Watford. You will lead the day-to-day running of the room, inspire your team, and ensure high-quality early years education through engaging learning experiences.

You will use the EYFS framework, safeguarding best practice, and strong communication with families to support children’s development. The role offers a supportive environment, ongoing training, and opportunities to progress within a nurturing

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the Room with a focus on high-quality care and education.
• Inspire and support the team to deliver engaging early years experiences.
• Plan activities aligning with the EYFS to prepare children for school.
• Observe and monitor children's progress and safeguarding practices.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
