Job summary

Connected Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner who has previously served as a Room Leader. Based in Chiswick, London, you will lead a small team, plan activities and create engaging learning environments.

You will deliver the Learning through play ethos, uphold safeguarding procedures and build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues. The role also offers a 4-day week option, ongoing training including Forest School Leadership and

Qualifications

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent
• Experience as a Room Leader with small teams
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
• Passion for delivering engaging early years education
