Job summary

Kindred Nurseries is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated room team in delivering high-quality Early Years care and education in Cambridge. You will create a safe, inclusive environment, model best practice in line with EYFS and Ofsted, and support colleagues to grow their skills while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding standards.

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to motivate, support and develop others.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Room Leader, you'll lead your room team by example, creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children receive exceptional care and education.
