Kiddi Caru Burgess Hill, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a caring Room Leader to join our nursery team. You will support and supervise playroom staff, promote high standards of care, and help children thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. On-site role with strong team support and opportunities for progression.

Responsabilidades

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers
• Ensure that EYFS requirements are met in practice and provision
• Provide professional feedback to parents and carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
