Job summary

Kids Planet Victoria Hospital is seeking a Room Leader to lead a room, inspire teams, and deliver high-quality care aligned with EYFS standards.

You will guide staff, support professional development, and nurture strong relationships with children and families to tailor learning experiences and promote well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and learning is supported.
