Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries in the Coventry area is seeking a Room Leader to join our caring, family-run team. You will lead a preschool room, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, while supporting and guiding your team.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, promote professional development, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment. We offer training through KP Academy, great benefits and a supportive central team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child's individual needs are met and their learning is supported.

How you'll make a difference as a Room Leader:
