Job summary

Kids Planet Victoria Hospital is seeking a Room Leader to guide a classroom and lead a dedicated team. You will ensure high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, while building strong relationships with children and families.

Our nursery offers accredited training through KP Academy, enhanced leave, wellbeing rewards and a supportive central team, all within a family-run culture that values care and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:
