Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited is seeking a Room Leader to oversee a dedicated nursery room, ensuring high-quality care and education aligned with EYFS standards. You will lead a team, support professional development, and build trusted relationships with children and families to support each child's learning journey.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge and practice.

• By leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Through supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Through building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child's individual needs are met and their learning is supported.

What a Room Leader needs

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.
