Job summary

Staff Match Limited is recruiting on behalf of a nursery in Milton Keynes for an experienced Level 3 Room Leader. The role involves leading a room team, recording children's progress and delivering EYFS-based activities.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, with experience of under-5s. Desirable qualifications include Basic Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid. The position is a full-time, on-site role with excellent training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Working as a key worker, recording children's learning and development.
• Compliance with EYFS and planning exciting age appropriate activities.
• To effectively lead and direct room based team.
• Supporting children at sleep times and with personal care.
• Working in partnership with parents and key interfacing groups.
• Working to nursery Safeguarding, Health & Safety policy and procedures.
• Attending parent's evenings and open days as required.
• Attending staff meetings and training as required.
• Working 40 Hours per week.
