We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are rated Good and Outstanding by Ofsted and are located in London and Windsor. We’re expanding, with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year! At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, offering a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The Deputy Room Leader role offers a salary of up to £29,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week. Joining Kido provides:

As a Deputy Room Leader, you’ll be a key ambassador for our values and culture. You’ll co-lead your room with the Room Leader, ensuring inspiring learning experiences that meet EYFS standards and our curriculum. You’ll observe and assess children, support goal setting, and lead by example. You’ll also step in for the Room Leader when needed, maintaining a welcoming and high-quality environment. You’ll facilitate curiosity and exploration, communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, and record children’s progress meticulously. Your role involves creating a nurturing space that respects each child’s background and needs, constantly striving for excellence in early years education.
