Job summary

Childbase Partnership in Reading, UK, invites applications for a Team Leader (room-based) working with 3-4 year olds at Green Park Day Nursery. This fixed-term contract runs until May 2027, 36-40 hours per week across 52 weeks, with varied shifts Monday–Friday 07:30–18:30; choose a 4 or 5 day week.

You will be an EYFS-qualified early years professional, lead a room team, plan high-quality activities, safeguard and observe children, and support professional development within our employee-owned,

Qualifications

• You are an EYFS-qualified early years practitioner with at least 2 years in an early years setting.
• You can plan high-quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play and assess progress.
• You are an advocate for safeguarding and child wellbeing.
• You collaborate effectively with colleagues to lead a team and deliver outstanding care.
