Overview

Sandbrook Community Playgroup in Stoke Newington is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated Deputy Manager - MAT Cover with a minimum of three years' experience in a preschool/nursery setting working with children aged 2-5 years. Management experience is desirable. This is a maternity cover role for one year starting January 2026 and ending December 2026. The role is 36 hours per week, from 8.45am to 5.15pm on Mondays and from 8.45am to 4.15pm Tuesday to Friday. This is a term-time only setting (39 weeks per year) and you will be paid for 5.6 weeks of holiday. The hourly rate is £15.43.
