Village Hotels – St Davids is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to the highest standards, delivering a wow factor of cleanliness. You will join a busy housekeeping team, taking pride in attention to detail and efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.

This hands-on role emphasises attitude and energy; you will handle guest requests, replenish supplies, and follow safety procedures to keep the corridors and rooms pristine for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is great, but attitude and energy matter more.

Responsibilities

• Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.
• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.
• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.
• Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
