Job summary

Lympstone Manor is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for cleaning bedrooms and public spaces to the highest standards, ensuring smooth communication with Front Office and Reservations, and handling linen storage and returns with care.

The role requires a self-motivated, well-organised individual with strong communication skills and a flexible attitude. Shifts include weekends/evenings, with opportunities for career progression within a luxury Relais

Responsibilities

• Assist to ensure good communication of information between the Front Office, reservations and the housekeeping team
• To clean all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel are presented and maintained to the highest standard
• To be responsible for correct storage of all linen and deal with sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company
• To ensure lost and found items are dealt with as per company procedures
• To ensure all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc. are dealt with in the correct manner following company procedures
