Qualifications

• Previous experience in room attendant or housekeeping roles is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals with meticulous attention to detail.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management.
• Maintain and organize housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and hotel procedures for consistency.
• Respond to guest requests for amenities and services promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and COSHH guidelines when handling chemicals.
