Job summary

WGC Ltd. is hiring a Room Attendant at Days Inn Wetherby to support the housekeeping team and ensure guest rooms meet the hotel standard. You will report to the Head Housekeeper and contribute to delivering a great guest experience.

The role offers a fixed hours contract with guaranteed weekly hours, a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, wellbeing support, discounts, a training budget of up to £10,000 per year, and a company pension. Flexible hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to follow hotel standards and health & safety guidelines.

As a Room Attendant, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and support the housekeeping team in the day‑to‑day running of the department. Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms to the hotel standard
• Replenishing linen and guest supplies
• Providing a great guest experience
• Reporting any maintenance faults and dealing with lost property
• Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations, and reporting any faults to the Head Housekeeper
