The Role:
- Greet guests warmly and courteously, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, replenishing supplies as needed
- Report any defects or issues to the Head of Department
- Handle guest complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain knowledge of SALT and contribute positively to departmental scores
- Follow company procedures and checklists
- Manage your rota efficiently, keeping your trolley stocked
