Job summary

HotelCare are hiring Room Attendants to uphold impeccable cleanliness standards across hotel properties in the UK. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, restocking amenities, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers permanent employment with flexible working hours, on-site training, and benefits. Candidates should be able to work weekdays and weekends as required, maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash, and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces and maintain hygiene throughout rooms.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure privacy and security of guest rooms.

Experience
