Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality, preferably housekeeping or room attendant.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and guests' privacy.
• Provide professional, courteous service and respond to requests promptly.
