Job summary

Coast & Country Hotel Collection is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness in bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards. You will report maintenance issues and assist guests with requests, ensuring a smooth guest experience across our UK locations.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, including weekends, and a reliable, detail-oriented approach. Training and development are provided within a welcoming hospitality group.

We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a Room Attendant.

As a Room Attendant you will be expected to ensure the hotel bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and checked to the highest standards at all times, reporting any maintenance problems.

Key Requirements of the role:

• All cleaning activities are carried out with minimum inconvenience to the hotel guests.
• Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company standards.
• Be able to deal with any reasonable requests form guests in a professional manner.
• Ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure.
